Hints & Tips for Practice Tests / Courses

Please read carefully any hint and information tips given before each test / course or sub section of them.

For questions of the READING part of the test, you will either be given a multiple choice as an answer in order to select the correct one, or a fill in the blank type of answer, where you will need to type your answer. Try to be thorough in your spelling when typing an answer. It does not matter if you type lower or upper case.

For questions of the LISTENING part of the test, please try to be in a quiet room (headphones usage is strongly advised), and listen to the questions by pressing PLAY at the given media player.
A similar type of answer options, as in the READING part of the test, will be given.

For questions of the SPEAKING part of the test, you might be given the question as written or as an audio depending on the type of question.
WHEN ANSWERING at the SPEAKING part of the test
– Try to talk near your microphone and be as thorough as possible.
– Try to be in a quiet room and not have any disruptions.
– When done, do not forget to click “Finish Questionnaire” in order to submit all your answers!

IMPORTANT: Please keep in mind that in order to take the SPEAKING test a microphone is needed to record your answers. Headphones are also advised to have.

For the WRITING part of the test, please read carefully the requested topic you will need to answer and provide your answer as an Essay or Article at the given textarea box. Try to avoid spelling mistakes and limit the word number under the limit given. It does not matter if you type lower or upper case.
