Do i need to register to purchase an Exam and Preparation pack?

Yes. In order to purchase any practice tests pack from the site , you will need to register first.

My credit or debit card is not accepted. What should i do?

Please check that your credit card is active and has enough balance available for the price of items you are buying. Please retry using another credit/debit card if your first card is still not accepted. If you need to contact us, please quote any error or purchase reference code regarding your order.

I have a company and I would like to issue a company invoice, can i make an order?

Yes you can make the order and complete your company’s details: VAT number, Tax Office, Company Address etc. to issue it.
Please keep in mind that in this case, the invoice might be sent to you within the next 2 working days.

The tests and courses i have purchased are expired or are due to expire soon, what can i do to extend the access to them?

You can, at any time, repurchase the same items and your expiration end time will be automatically extended.
If you have activated them via an activation code, you can request an activation code from your school or tutor that gave it to you in the first place.
